Chief Content and Technology Officer, Dun & Bradstreet
Curtis Brown currently serves as the Chief Content and Technology Officer for Dun and Bradstreet and is responsible for all company data, analytics, technology, security and project management. Brown joined Dun & Bradstreet as their Chief Information Officer in September 2014. Previously Brown served as AOL's EVP and Global Chief Technology Officer. Earlier at AOL Brown served as SVP of Technology and Chief Data Officer. Brown is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience across a range of media, internet, information and education-technology driven businesses. He has an extensive background in technical and corporate transformation, building very large scale systems and high performing teams. An Internet pioneer, Brown built and launched one of the first music e-commerce sites, MusicBoulevard/CDNow, in 1995. He has held the title of CTO at Skymall, Oxygen Media, The Princeton Review, McGraw-Hill, Washington Post/Kaplan and AOL Inc. Brown has lectured at Columbia University in the field of Executive Information Technology Management and the Naval Post-Graduate School on Information Security.
